NBA League Pass Game Of The Day: Bulls at Hawks (7:30 ET)

Two Eastern Conference teams square off in a Saturday matchup. Here are four things to know about the Hawks and the Bulls.
1. Hawks coming off a big win: The Atlanta Hawks are coming off a big win after beating the New York Knicks 121-116 on Wednesday. No. 1 pick Zaccharie Risacher dropped 33 points in the win, with Jalen Johnson and Trae Young adding 23 apiece.
2. A youth movement behind Trae Young: The trade of Dejounte Murray left Trae Young as the undisputed go-to figure for the Hawks. Other players have stepped up as well. Risacher has started for the Hawks since De’Andre Hunter was injured. Meanwhile, the 22-year-old Johnson looks like an All-Star, leading the team in rebounds while sitting second to Young in points and assists.
3. Will the Bulls be missing Zach LaVine?: LaVine has averaged 22.7 points per game for the Bulls, which is the kind of scoring the team expects and hopes for from him. But LaVine has missed three games with an adductor strain and is a game-time decision Saturday.
4. Josh Giddey playing well in new role: Giddey was dealt to the Bulls from the Oklahoma City Thunder over the summer. He’s averaging 13.6 points, 6.6 rebounds and 7 assists in nine starts while shooting the ball at 40.6% on 3-pointers.
